All foreign citizens who wish to come to Barcelona must be able to present official proof of the purpose of their stay, means of support and accommodation. Some nationalities need a visa to enter Spain. Before leaving for Barcelona, the participant needs to apply for visas at a Spanish Embassy or Consulate office of Spain present in its own country.
In case you might need an invitation letter for visa apply, in the online registration process there is a section dedicated to it, where you will be able to put all the details about your passport number, country of origin and so on. You will then get an invitation letter from the Organising Secretariat Publi Créations.
