All foreign citizens who wish to come to Barcelona must be able to present official proof of the purpose of their stay, means of support and accommodation; some nationalities will need a visa to enter Spain. Before leaving for Barcelona, the participants need to apply for a visa at the Spanish Embassy or Consulate office of Spain present in their own country.
Those who need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, can easily request the letter via the online registration tool. You will need to enter your passport information in the visa section (a subsection of the personal information). The organising secretariat Publi Créations will send the letter to your email address after completing the registration.
